Middle School Students Make Mini “Golf Courses” Using Sphero Robots

Middle school students at DuBois Central Catholic School used Sphero robots to complete distance time graphs. A Sphero robot is a little ball wrapped in plastic that is capable of rolling around under the control of a smartphone or tablet. It can also change colors or even run programs.

The main purpose of this robot is to teach children the basics of coding in a fun way. Students coded the robot to run the course the way they wanted.

The students learned a lot while having fun doing this!
