The second budget meeting for the Treasure Lake Property Owners Association was held Monday, March 11 at 6pm in the Lakeview Lodge. Ed Moran, board president presented the proposed operating budget, capital budget and schedule of fees and charges. The meeting was then turned over to residents for questions and comments.
Moran announced representatives from Omni and Bluewater Management will be on hand at the March 25 board meeting to answer questions regarding the Duffers’ Tavern Remodel and to meet the new Food and Beverage Vendor.
The Board of Directors will vote on the budget in a Special Meeting tonight, March 12. If the proposed budget is not approved, an alternate budget will be proposed. A third budget meeting will be held to present the alternate budget to owners, followed by another board vote. A final budget, according to policy, must be approved by March 21.
