Jeff Tech DMA Students Interview Sandy Township Manager and Police Officers

Join the Digital Media Arts Program online as Instructor Sam Ettaro conducts a live classroom session featuring Digital Media Arts seniors as they engage in a  live client interview session with new Sandy Township Manager Shawn Arbaugh, Sergeant Kris Kruzelek, and Josh Johnston, Sandy Township Police Officer. Seniors are charged with conducting a real-world web discovery session, industry level research and then drafting and issuing a professional web development contract.   The seniors from the Digital Media Arts Program are going to finish their proposals this week and deliver their full reports to the Sandy Townships representatives in written, and video format on the DMA class website.   Mr. Arbaugh has visited the DMA Program’s studios at Jeff Tech a few times now and has engaged the students in web development discussions as well as receiving a behind the scenes tour of the program’s multimedia facilities.

I graduated from the Machine Shop course @ Jeff Tech in 1973 Starting out as a machinist, then moving on to a tool & die maker and now as a an engineer, I still use skills everyday that I learned in my 3 years at Jeff Tech. I am so happy to watch the school evolve the way it has over the years. Keep it up people. Industry needs and is waiting for folks with skills exactly like yours.
